Information we collect
We collect the details you submit through our enquiry and quotation forms — your name, work email address, organization and the content of your message. Customer portal accounts additionally hold the records associated with your organization: equipment, coverage dates, invoices, documents and support requests.
How we use it
Enquiry details are used solely to respond to your enquiry. Portal data is used to operate and support the systems we have delivered to your organization. We do not sell personal data.
Access and retention
Portal accounts can only access records belonging to their own organization; this is enforced at the database level. Records are retained for as long as the commercial relationship requires, and for any period required by UAE law.
